Update February 9th 2022. Came in with my son who is 5-year-old now. He uses Fidelis insurance. The insurance is useless, so cash was used. Dr. Chen attended to him because the dental hygienist was sick for the day. Did excellent cleaning and application of fluoride. Played some cartoon to calm his nerves. Took time to evaluate and there was no cavity found. All in all it was excellent service today. She also attended to my appointment as well. She did CT scan and x-ray for future dental implant. She spent almost 2 hours with me and my son. I am a very satisfied 😌 client today. Dr. Chen talks with you and explains everything according to your understanding. She is mild and very respectful. There is no rush job with her. When they have emergencies that is when you may be delayed. So my previous post was based on that delay. We will continue to consult with Dr. Chen with our family dental issues.
