About the Office of Dr. Jessica Y. Chen
Dr. Chen and her staff are compassionate and committed to provide you outstanding dental services every time you visit our Rochester, NY office. We work hard to achieve the high quality results you seek while providing a warm, welcoming and comfortable environment. Dr. Chen is very attentive to detail and takes time with every patient for one-on-one discussions about dental options and what would be best for their overall oral health.
Meet Our Team
Jessica Y. Chen, D.D.S., M.S.
Our dentist, Dr. Jessica Y. Chen, has more than 20 years of experience practicing dentistry. She has done clinical teaching and dental research for many years. She completed two years of postdoctoral training and a one-year fellowship in Advanced General Dentistry and was an Assistant Professor at the University of Rochester Eastman Dental Center. In addition, she was a member of the Faculty Practice Group at the University Of Rochester Department Of Dentistry for many years before she assumed the responsibility of our office in 2001.
Dr. Chen stays current with advances in her field through her participation in many continuing education programs.
Dr. Chen is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Society, and the Seventh District Dental Society.
Dr. Chen is a member of ITI (International Team for Implantology) and member of iACD (International Academy of Contemporary Dentistry).
Ashley - Office Manager
Having previously worked for an oral surgeon, Ashley loves being a part of this practice and getting to learn more about general dentistry. She thrives on contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional care to each person we work with. Ashley finds genuine joy in connecting with patients and ensuring their visits are both comfortable and personable. Ashley is a Spencerport native and lives with her beloved canine companion, Louie. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys camping and exploring new places.
Holly - Dental Hygienist
Holly is a native from Greece and currently lives in West Henrietta. She attended MCC for dental hygiene. She enjoys helping others and working with the patients in maintaining their optimal health. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Troy and her two children, Leo and Carly. She is an avid bowler, loves working out and trying new recipes.
Lauren - Dental Assistant
Lauren joined our office with 15 years of experience as a dental assistant and is skillfully trained and knowledgeable in all areas of dentistry. She takes pride in getting to know her patients and making everyone feel confident and comfortable from beginning to end. Lauren stays up to date on the newest technology and advancements by regularly attending continuing education courses. She truly enjoys working side by side with Dr. Chen providing each patient with exceptional care. Lauren resides in Greece, with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys volunteering at her children’s school, and cheering them on at football, wrestling and soccer games. In her spare time, she has a passion for cooking, gardening and crafting
